- How do you model accepting negative feedback with grace for your kids?
- What feedback & response policies do you communicate directly (written, spoken, etc.) to those you hold power over?
Systemic Impact:
- What issues are you committed to speaking up about in the spaces where you hold power?
- What risks and costs are you willing to accept for being the squeaky wheel in these spaces?
