I've been talking about my experience in the workshop with all kinds of people. Including the 60 y.o. MAGA bro from my church. Who said he just shoots guns when he feels stressed. So that was an interesting conversation.

Nat explained the theory of the exercises as we walked through them. I had never experienced a workshop like this before. I learned so much!
